Privacy policy

Nadoo does not ask customers to create an account and does not collect their names or phone numbers.

When you open an order page we store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser so the shop can tell first visits from returning ones. If you turn on alerts, we store your browser's push address for that order only.

If you answer "Where are you?" (inside, in my car…) we store only that choice for this order. We never ask for your location or use GPS.

This data is used to send the order-ready alert and aggregated analytics for the shop owner (wait times and peak hours). We do not sell it or share it with third parties.

Under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) you may ask to see or delete your data by contacting the shop or us.
